11/11/15-Maronite Academy Initiative The Maronite Academy is an initiative undertaken by the Maronite Foundation, aimed at introducing young Lebanese immigrants around the world to their country of origin, Lebanon. Find out more here: http://www.maroniteacademy.com/ Selected candidates will undergo online sessions (e-learning sessions) to build their knowledge about Lebanon and the Maronite Heritage. After successfully completing their online courses, the selected candidates will benefit from an organized two-week trip to Lebanon from August 6th till August 21st, 2016 all expenses covered by the Maronite Foundation. During their stay in Lebanon, the candidates will get to bond with their roots and explore the history of Lebanon and the Maronite Heritage through specialized seminars given by prominent figures and various site visits.
Eparchy Launches Social Media Sites
10/1/15 -- Eparchy Launches Social Media Sites The Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon has launched a new Facebook site found at https://www.facebook.com/OLOLEparchy . This site is was launched and maintained through the technology office, which originally launched the eparchy App last year. The App can be accessed by searching for "Eparchy" in the App Store or go to http://get.theapp.co/f592 The Eparchy also established a new Twitter site found at https://twitter.com/Maroniteeparchy. This site was launched and is being maintained by Fr. Ramsine Hage, Co-director of the Office of Communications. It will become a source of information through a live feed for the new portal and the App in the near future.
